Page Breaks
Show or hide page breaks in the editor so your song is easier to preview in a printed page layout.
Use page breaks when you want the editor to show your song as separate printed pages instead of one continuous scroll.
Show page breaks
Open your song in the editor.
Click Show Page Breaks in the toolbar.
The editor switches from one continuous document to a paged view with visible page boundaries.
Hide page breaks
Click the same control again when you want to go back to the normal scrolling view.
What page breaks are for
Page breaks are useful when you want to:
- see where sections land on a printed page
- prepare a song for PDF export
- adjust spacing before sharing or downloading
This is a view change only. It does not change the song's text, chords, or formatting.
What the paged view matches
The preview matches the page sizing Chordly uses for PDF export.
