Security
Change your Chordly account password or manage security through your Google account.
The Security section in Settings is where you manage your account password.
Change your password
If you signed in with email and password, you'll see a Change Password button. Click it to expand the form.
Fill in three fields:
- Current Password
- New Password
- Confirm New Password
Your new password must meet all of these requirements:
- At least 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
Chordly shows a strength indicator as you type. Click Update Password to save.
Google accounts
If you signed in with Google, there is no password form. Chordly shows a note with a link to Manage Google Account Security, which takes you to myaccount.google.com where all Google security settings live.
