Messages
Use Chordly Messages to keep up with direct conversations with your friends from the dashboard.
Messages is for direct conversations with your friends. It is not a general inbox — you can only message people you are already connected with.
Open Messages
You can reach messages from the dashboard sidebar through Messages.
You can also open Messages from the editor menu or from Play Mode. All routes go to the same system.
Start reading your conversations
Open Messages from the dashboard.
Choose a conversation from the list.
Type your message in the chat area and send it.
The conversation list shows your friends, the latest message, and whether the newest one is unread.
If you do not have any friends yet
When there are no current friends to message, the page shows an empty state with a Find Friends button.
That points you back to Find Users, which is where new friend connections start.
Message badges
Unread messages also show up as badges on the Messages tab in the dashboard sidebar.
